** Job Description
** Auto-Owners Insurance, a top-rated insurance carrier, is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant professional to join our team! The position requires the following, but is not limited to:
* Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office.
* Effectively communicate with other departments through verbal and/or written correspondence.
* Operate telephone switchboard handling incoming and outgoing calls.
* Organize and distribute branch mail.
* Assists with other duties as assigned within the department or elsewhere on request.
** Desired Skills & Experience
*** High school education or its equivalent is preferred
* Above average communication skills (written and verbal)
* Organize and interpret data
* Ability to handle multiple assignments
