We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building successful email marketing programs (via email nurturing and email campaigns), working collaboratively with other teams to develop effective strategies, and executing campaigns flawlessly. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing emails that are engaging and tailored to our target audience, working with our AI tools and creative team to develop compelling emails and templates, and collaborating with the analytics team to measure campaign effectiveness.
Strategy& Roadmap
- Co‑develop email/lifecycle marketing strategy with cross‑functional marketing teams to ensure messaging, tone, and timing are aligned across all channels.
- Develop automated, trigger‑based journeys to prospect throughout early top and middle funnel lifecycle stages.
- Own key lifecycle growth targets and be directly accountable for delivering measurable impact on these metrics.
- Build and deploy campaigns using Inflection.io (experience with Marketo, Hub Spot, Braze, Customer.io or similar tools welcome).
- Coordinate segmentation, dynamic content, and personalization for maximum relevance.
- Design, test, and optimize A/B and multivariate experiments to improve open, click, and conversion rates.
- Demonstrated advanced proficiency in leveraging AI tools and automation to design, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with email best practices and regulations (CAN‑SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
- Track and report KPIs across lifecycle programs.
- Partner with analytics, GTM Ops, Analytics and marketing managers to develop dashboards and actionable insights.
- Use data to iterate and scale high‑performing programs.
- Work in lockstep with GTM/Growth Marketing teams to plan and execute messaging strategies.
- Partner with GTM Ops to integrate data flows, improve targeting, and measure impact.
- Maintain an organized inventory of email assets, templates, and automation flows.
- Document and standardize processes for consistent execution.
- 4+ years of email or lifecycle marketing experience in B2B SaaS or similar environment.
- Deep expertise with marketing automation platforms (Inflection.io, Marketo, Hub Spot, Braze, Customer.io or comparable tools).
- Proven track record of building and scaling automated, personalized lifecycle programs that drive measurable outcomes.
- Strong segmentation, testing, and analytics skills with ability to translate insights into action.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and integrating email with customer data platforms.
- Excellent project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Solid understanding of email compliance (CAN‑SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
San Jose pay range: $107,000—$133,700 USD.
Draper, UT pay range: $90,900—$113,600 USD.
