• Lead and manage IT operations including the design and implementation of infrastructure, network, cloud services, data centers, service desk, and end‑user support.
• Collaborate with the CTO to develop and implement IT operational strategies and roadmaps, aligning them with the overall technical and business objectives.
• Oversee the performance, availability, and scalability of enterprise systems and networks.
• Develop and implement IT operational policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure high availability and efficiency.
• Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, including resources within sys ops, dev ops, networking, and corporate IT, fostering a high‑performing and collaborative environment.
• Manage the relationships, service level agreements (SLAs), and contracts for IT vendors and service providers.
• Develop and manage IT operations budgets, ensuring cost‑effectiveness, cost controls, and efficient resource allocation.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning and execution.
• Drive innovation in IT operations, exploring new technologies and solutions to support business growth.

• 10+ years of experience in IT operations management, including at least 6 years in leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing complex on‑premises and cloud IT infrastructures and operations in a mid‑to‑large scale enterprise.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement IT strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience with Azure and AWS cloud technologies.
• Strong leadership, people management, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services (AWS, Azure), and IT service management.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with operational frameworks and process improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and security.
• Superior negotiation skills for both internal and external purposes.

• ITIL Foundation or higher
• PMP, CISSP, or other relevant certifications
• Microsoft, AWS, or other vendor‑specific certifications
