Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated sales professional to expand our presence in the commercial HVAC market. This role focuses on developing new business, consulting with clients, and delivering tailored HVAC solutions that meet both operational needs and budget considerations.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and develop business through cold outreach, referrals, networking events, and strategic prospecting.
- Build and manage a steady pipeline of leads and maintain consistent follow‑up.
- Assess client needs via on‑site evaluations to understand requirements, facility conditions, and financial goals; recommend solutions that align with technical specifications and client priorities.
- Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, including scope of work, pricing, and timelines; present offerings confidently while addressing questions.
- Coordinate with technicians, estimators, and project managers to ensure accurate project scoping and smooth execution.
- Maintain client relationships, serving as a trusted point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle; build strong, lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve sales targets consistently, exceeding defined goals through effective planning, communication, and a customer‑first mindset.
- Stay industry‑informed on HVAC technologies, trends, and competitor offerings.
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC sales or a related technical sales role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and service capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑driven with a focus on achieving goals and delivering results.
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar) and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
