We’re looking for a high‑performing Account Executive to join our Growth team. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and converting inbound leads and trials into paying customers. As a consultant and strategist, you will own the full sales lifecycle and help organizations modernize their back office.

- Consultative Strategy: Conduct discovery sessions to understand prospect pain points and align BILL’s solutions to business goals.
- High‑Impact Presentations: Lead executive‑level demos via web conferencing and cut through complexity.
- Forecast Accuracy & CRM Hygiene: Maintain an impeccable Salesforce record for revenue forecasting and visibility.
- Collaborative Winning: Work cross‑functionally with onboarding and product teams to ensure a seamless experience for new customers.
- Proven Closer: 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with quota over‑performance.
- Self‑Starting Hunter: Proficient in modern sales stacks (Salesforce, Outreach, Zoom Info, Linked In).
- Articulate Communicator: Confident, professional presence; handle complex objections and explain technical concepts simply.
- Adaptive & Gritty: Team‑first mentality, coachable, and persistent.
- Tech Savvy: Quick study on new SaaS applications and process‑oriented.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Organized, process‑oriented, and creative.
- Excellent phone and written communication skills.
- Inside sales, lead generation, and outbound marketing experience.
- Proficiency with sales & marketing productivity tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- High motivated, goal‑oriented, self‑starting individual.
