What you will do

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for managing invoice information for tourists, ensuring accurate data capture, payment processing, reporting, and customer support.

Responsibilities
  • Check invoices submitted by tourists and confirm approval by the relevant team.
  • Enter invoices into an Excel file on a daily and weekly basis, capturing all required information.
  • Input accurate data into relevant software and internal systems.
  • Ensure payments to tourists are processed regularly and follow up as needed.
  • Perform weekly reconciliations to confirm all data is recorded and accounted for.
  • Prepare weekly reports containing tourist-related information and submit to management.
  • Assist in preparing monthly invoices and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to tourist queries regarding invoices, payments, and refund procedures.
  • Provide support and information to internal departments as needed.
  • Assist in any additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Arabic and English written and spoken skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree graduate with a minimum of 1‑year experience in data entry.
  • High words‑per‑minute (WPM) rate with minimal errors.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Team player who collaborates confidently with internal teams.
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data.
  • Good data entry skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Positive attitude toward colleagues, changes, and challenges.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong comprehension of accounting principles.
