Position: Office Assistant (Bilingual: English & Arabic)

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to management.
  • Welcome clients and visitors professionally and ensure a positive office experience.
  • Serve refreshments to guests while maintaining professional hospitality standards.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle documentation, filing, correspondence, and reports in both English and Arabic.
  • Support day-to-day office coordination and administrative activities.
  • Assist management with personal and office-related tasks as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and organized record management.
  • Coordinate internal communication and ensure smooth office functioning.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by management from time to time.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic, spoken and written, is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good time-management and coordination skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented, flexible, and proactive approach to work.
Preferred Nationalities, Gender Preference, Age Criteria and Experience
  • Preferred nationalities:
    Lebanese, Jordanian, Egyptian, Syrian, Moroccan.
  • Gender Preference:
    Female preferred; strong male candidates may also be considered.
  • Age Criteria: 25 to 35 years.

    Required:

    Entry-level to 1–2 years in Office Administration, Front Office, Executive Assistance, Office Coordination, Administrative Support.
