Position:  Filipino Male Secretary
Must have minimum 5 years UAE experience as a Secretary to a Director or VP levels.

Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary

Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments

Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms

File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners

Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports

Must be fluent in English

Must have experience with making good power point presentations and expert user of excel.

Filipino Male candidates only.
Position Requirements
Bachelor,   3 to 4 Years work experience
Must have Bachelor Degree.

Organization and time management skills.

Attention to detail.

Negotiation skills.



Tact, discretion and diplomacy.
Required Language Skills:
  • English - Very good
