Position:  Business Development Manager/Executive for Dubai
VAM Systems FZC, is a Leading software development company with Offshore development centre in Dubai. Currently we are looking for Business Development Manager/Executive for selling software solutions from our Dubai Office. The following are the qualification & skill set required:-
Job Description
• Shall be responsible for Business Development in the UAE market
• Shall be responsible for lead generation, client engagement and selling software solutions and services to the prospects in the US market.
• Augment business growth by creating new revenue streams.
• Lead the sales and new client acquisition effort in defined markets and Geographies.
• Identify opportunities, present capabilities and gain commitment from prospects leading to current and future revenue.
• Analyze market trends, implications and develop strategies to participate in resultant opportunities.
• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments with the company’s offerings.
• Deal and contract management; develop and negotiate contracts and pricing models.
• Stay tuned to market and competition, participate in events, conferences, customer forums and provide inputs to the practice teams towards developing contextual offerings.
• Meet and exceed sales revenue and future revenue targets.
• Work closely with delivery functions in ensuring successful execution of projects.
• Negotiating and re-negotiating by phone, email, and in person.

Desired Candidate Profile
UG :       Any Graduate – Preferably B.Tech/B.E (Computer Science)
PG:         MBA - Any Specialization, Preferably Marketing & Finance

• Should have minimum 1-2 years of experience as Business Development Executive/Manager with UAE based clients for selling Software Solutions and Services.
• Should have hard core Software sales experience in the UAE/GCC market.
• Should have excellent communisation skills.
Terms and conditions:
• The candidate should have a valid driving licence (UAE).
• Knowledge of English is must.
• Arabic will be a plus.

Joining time frame: 1 weeks (Maximum 15 days)
