Key Responsibilities
* Develop and script customer surveys to collect actionable insights.
* Monitor, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
* Maintain and synchronize data within Power BI dashboards.
* Support the preparation of PowerPoint presentations highlighting key findings and trends.
* Conduct outbound calls with senior corporate customers to gather feedback on transactions.
* Identify recurring customer pain points, themes, and trends and share insights with stakeholders.## Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in customer experience.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
* Strong understanding of business fundamentals, research methodologies, and data analysis.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and PowerPoint.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.## Benefits
