Personal Banker

In this role you will support the Premier Advance and other department and assist the Relationship Managers to provide the customers a complete and wholesome experience.

• Meet and greet customers and assist them with their queries and requests for statements, letters, etc.
• Monitor waiting time for customers in the queue and remain alert to the surroundings.
• Ensure that customers are served promptly, professionally and fairly as per Group Standards.
• Ensure superior customer service is provided at the counter as well as through telephone.
• Maintain customer privacy and confidentiality of customer information at all times.
• Accept ownership of a task complaint and see it through for a satisfactory solution.
• Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.

• Proven ability in customer service and building customer relationships.
• Ability to identify customer needs and influence customers to take appropriate action to meet their needs.
• A broad knowledge of financial planning and defining customer needs.
• An understanding of the needs of the mass affluent customer segment in general.
• A full understanding of referral processes.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer driven with a strong focus on quality of service.
• Proven ability in making lending decisions in accordance with bank policy and guidelines.
• A clear understanding of how value is created within the Premium segment, both for customers and the bank.
• A graduation degree is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit.
• If your university certificate is from outside the UAE, up-to-date attestations and equivalency are also mandatory (Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications Issued Outside The UAE).
