As a vital member of our cabin crew, you will:

• Maintain safety, consistency, and heartfelt hospitality throughout every flight.
• Ensure passengers feel safe, valued, and looked after from board‑on to destination.
• Adapt to irregular hours across a 24/7 operation, including weekends and holidays.
• Respond decisively in any situation and maintain a calm, safety‑first mindset.

• At least 21 years of age and hold a valid passport.
• Fluency in written and spoken English (knowledge of additional languages is a valued asset).
• Professional, well‑groomed appearance that aligns with our brand standards (no visible tattoos while in uniform).
• Good health and pass a comprehensive aero‑medical examination.
• Minimum height of 158 cm to meet essential safety requirements.
• Confident swimmer while wearing a flotation device.
• Proactive, enthusiastic attitude and a true passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Flexible to work irregular hours across a 24/7 operation, including weekends and holidays.
• Respectful, adaptable nature and talent for thriving in a diverse, multi‑cultural team.
• Calm, safety‑first mindset and decisive response ability in any situation.
• Commitment to relocating and basing yourself in Dubai, UAE.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. At least one year of experience in a customer‑facing role; this could be in hospitality, retail, or aviation. Previous international aviation experience is beneficial but not essential—we value great attitude and transferable skills.

Your total monthly compensation package is designed to reward your dedication in the air.

• Guaranteed Monthly Allowance: AED 8,275 (comprising your basic salary, housing, and transportation allowance).
• Variable Flying Pay:
  An average of AED 4,500 per month (based on approximately 90 flying hours).
