Job Description
- Oversee architectural site execution, technical coordination, and quality compliance for construction projects.
- Ensure architectural works are implemented according to design specifications, project schedules, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Manage and supervise architectural works at the construction site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals before site implementation.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, structural, MEP, and project management teams to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Monitor quality control and site inspections to ensure architectural finishes and materials meet project specifications.
- Provide technical guidance to site engineers and contractors regarding architectural design details and construction methods.
- Identify and resolve design discrepancies, site clashes, and technical challenges.
- Review method statements, RFIs, and technical submissions related to architectural works.
- Support project management in schedule planning and progress monitoring.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations at the construction site.
- Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (mandatory), Master's Degree in Architecture or Construction Management (preferred).
- Experience:
Minimum 10 years of architectural experience, at least 5 years in site-based architectural management roles.
- Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM coordination; strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction methodologies; knowledge of UAE building regulations and authority approvals.
- Certifications (preferred): PMP, LEED Green Associate / LEED AP, Dubai Municipality / Trakhees / DDA approvals knowledge, IOSH or NEBOSH certification, RIBA Membership or equivalent.
