Interior Designer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior designers and project managers to develop design concepts and strategies for high-end residential and hospitality projects
• Produce detailed drawings, mood boards, and presentations to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders
• Utilize Autocad, Corona, 3D Max, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and Indesign to create comprehensive design documentation and visualizations
• Participate in site visits and liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure design intent is executed accurately and to the highest standards
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into design projects
• Contribute to the development of design proposals, schedules, and budgets
• Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in interior design with a focus on high-end residential and hospitality projects in Dubai
• Proficiency in Autocad, Corona, 3D Max, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketchup, and Indesign
• Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and FF&E selection
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
• Fluency in English
• Member of BIID or similar would be a plus
• Deadline-oriented
• UAE driving license is essential
