Jewellery Designer

Responsibilities

• Translate design ideas into commercially viable products while maintaining aesthetics, wearability, and production requirements.
• Sketch and visualize designs.
• Prepare hand‑drawn jewellery sketches to clearly communicate design concepts.
• Convert conceptual designs into detailed design layouts.
• Execute technical design: create final technical jewellery designs using Corel
  
  DRAW, ensuring accuracy in proportions, details, and construction; prepare design files suitable for manufacturing and CAD development.
• Coordinate with CAD team: share finalized Corel drawings, provide creative and technical vision for CAD modulation and 3D development, and collaborate to ensure designs meet production standards and quality expectations.
• Provide design pricing support: design jewellery collections per senior stakeholder direction, estimate approximate pricing for all designs based on design complexity, metal weight, and craftsmanship requirements; maintain cost awareness to support indicative pricing.

• Strong understanding of jewellery design principles, trends, and market preferences.
• Proficiency in Corel
  
  DRAW for jewellery design.
• Ability to produce clear hand sketches and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of gold jewellery construction and manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of design feasibility and CAD workflow.
• Cost awareness to support indicative pricing.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and creative problem‑solving ability.
