Draftsman Fit & Joinery

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate material lists and cutting lists for joinery components, optimizing material usage and minimizing waste.
• Develop detailed shop drawings and technical plans for fit‑out and joinery projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and resolve design issues.
• Create 3D models and renderings to visualize designs and assist in client presentations, showcasing the final product.
• Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documents to ensure design compliance.

• Possesses a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Holds relevant certifications in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) or drafting.
• Demonstrates minimum 3 years of experience in fit‑out drafting within the construction or interior design industry.
• Exhibits a strong understanding of fit‑out materials, construction methods, and building codes.
• Possesses excellent technical skills in 2D and 3D CAD software, with a focus on accuracy and detail.
