• A minimum of an Associate Degree in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field, with preference for Bachelor’s Degree holders.
• 3-5 years of experience in drafting within the construction or engineering industry, showcasing a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit, with additional certifications preferred to enhance technical credibility.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans, ensuring accurate translations into drafts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, backed by a methodical approach to problem‑solving in design.
• Flexibility and adaptability in handling project changes and evolving client needs, maintaining a positive outlook.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
