Responsibilities
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, plans and technical documents.
- Coordinate with Dubai Municipality and other relevant authorities for approvals.
- Ensure all designs comply with local regulations and building codes.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate with project teams and consultants.
- Manage project timelines, material specifications and execution standards.
- Support project planning, submissions and approval processes.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors and subcontractors during project execution.
- DM Approved G+4 Architectural Engineer license is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai authority regulations and approval procedures.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
