We are seeking experienced Nursery Teachers to join our prestigious educational institution in the United Arab Emirates. As a Nursery Teacher, you will play a key role in creating an engaging and enriching learning environment that fosters independence, creativity, and a love for lifelong learning.
Responsibilities:
- Create a prepared Montessori environment that meets the developmental needs and interests of each child.
- Prepare and present engaging Montessori lessons and materials, following the individualized learning plans of students.
- Observe and assess students' progress, providing individualized support and guidance as needed.
- Foster independence, self-discipline, and a sense of responsibility among students through purposeful activities and daily routines.
- Promote social and emotional development through meaningful interactions and guidance.
- Guide and facilitate student-led learning, encouraging curiosity, exploration, and problem-solving.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, assessments, and observations.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to provide regular updates on student development and progress.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to further enhance Montessori teaching skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative school culture, working closely with colleagues and administrators.
Position Requirements
College,
1+ Years
work experience Requirements:
- Cache Level 3 and above from a recognized training institute is needed
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is beneficial
- Proven experience as a Montessori Teacher, preferably in an international setting.
- Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy, materials, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Passion for fostering a love of learning and nurturing the holistic development of children.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes independence, respect, and collaboration.
- Familiarity with the United Arab Emirates educational system and cultural context is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is beneficial.
