Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging play-based lessons aligned with early years best practices.
- Teach foundational skills such as phonics, early numeracy, and basic science concepts.
- Support children's social, emotional, and academic development.
- Monitor progress, maintain records, and communicate effectively with parents.
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to school activities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Years Education or related field (required).
- PGCE in Early Years (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of Early Years teaching experience.
- Experience working with Emirati families is an advantage.
