Strategic Head of Finance & Growth

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance to lead our financial function, ensuring excellence in financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance. The ideal professional will drive financial planning, oversee risk management, and provide data-driven insights to guide key business decisions and support long-term growth.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Lead the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Monitor financial performance, conduct variance analysis, and drive actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, tax requirements, and internal financial policies.
• Lead external and internal audits, and manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
• Oversee cash flow management, working capital efficiency, and all banking and treasury activities.
• Assess investment opportunities, financial risks, and cost-optimization strategies to support business growth.
• Strengthen financial controls, enhance governance frameworks, and improve accounting processes.
• Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, ensuring high standards of accuracy, accountability, and timely reporting.
• Support strategic initiatives by developing financial models, business cases, and data-driven insights.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CMA/MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, financial strategies, accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and financial software(e.g., Zoho and Quick Books).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
