The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as a strategic partner to the Managing Director, providing leadership across the organization’s financial,operational, and project management functions. The CFO is responsible for financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, governance excellence, and profitability enhancement. The role will drive financial strategy, strengtheninternal controls, optimize performance across departments, and oversee major projects to support CBC’s long‑term growth and operational excellence.

Key Accountabilities

· Develop and executefinancial strategies aligned with CBC’s growth and long-term vision.

· Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles to support strategic objectives.

· Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, ESR, IFRS, and KSA ZATCA regulations.

· Strengthen internalfinancial controls, governance frameworks, and risk management systems.

· Oversee company andclient financial management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

· Provide strategicfinancial insights and recommendations to the Managing Director and leadership team.

· Manage the financial aspects of projects, ensuring alignment with budgets, profitability goals, and compliance standards.

· Support strategicoperations and cross-departmental collaboration to optimize efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide strategic leadership to the Finance Department, ensuring accuracy, full compliance with regulations, and continuous improvement in financial operations and team performance.

· Develop, implement,and continuously improve monthly board reporting to support strategic decision-making.

· Strengthen the company’s internal financial and operational structure to ensure it iswell-prepared for potential mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventureopportunities.

· Oversee company andclient financial operations including bookkeeping, reconciliations, VAT, tax filings, and financial reporting.

· Develop and maintain effective budgeting, forecasting, and reporting systems to supportdecision-making.

· Implement internal controls, financial policies, and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure transparency.

· Lead external audits,manage relationships with financial institutions, and ensure compliance withall regulatory requirements.

· Provide financial analysis, variance reporting, and profitability assessments to the Managing Director.

· Drive improvements incapital structure, liquidity, and cash flow management.

· Identify and implement strategies to optimize costs and enhance overall financialefficiency.
