We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic IT Manager & ERP Lead to oversee the organization's IT infrastructure and lead ERP implementation and optimization initiatives within a dynamic oil & gas services environment. The role involves managing IT operations, ensuring system efficiency, and driving digital transformation through effective ERP solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- IT Infrastructure & Operations Management
- Oversee daily IT operations, including networks, servers, systems, and security.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of IT systems.
- Manage IT support services and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain IT policies, procedures, and system documentation.
- ERP Implementation & Management
- Lead ERP system implementation, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Ensure ERP system integration with other business applications.
- Monitor ERP performance and troubleshoot system-related issues.
- Digital Transformation & System Optimization
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology.
- Drive automation and digital initiatives across departments.
- Ensure systems are aligned with business needs and scalability requirements.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- IT Security & Compliance
- Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery processes are in place.
- Maintain compliance with IT governance and regulatory requirements.
- Implement cybersecurity measures to protect company systems and data.
- Conduct regular system audits and risk assessments.
- Team Leadership & Vendor Management
- Lead and manage the IT team, ensuring performance and development.
- Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and service providers.
- Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor contracts.
- Provide training and support to users on IT systems and ERP platforms.
- Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Prepare reports on IT performance, system usage, and project progress.
- Collaborate with senior management to align IT strategy with business goals.
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations to leadership.
- Ensure effective communication between IT and other departments.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in IT management, with strong exposure to ERP systems.
- Experience in oil & gas, engineering, or project-based industries is preferred.
- Proven experience in ERP implementation and system integration projects.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and networks
- Expertise in ERP systems and implementation methodologies
