Job Overview
This opportunity is for a back office IT Help Desk Support role for a global investment management firm. Our clients IT infrastructure is managed by the Head Office located in Europe. OS, File, Email, Printer, and Blackberry servers are managed by the headquarters. What is managed locally are telephony, internet and the data centre where the combo servers are located.
ResponsibilitiesThe person must have IT knowledge and expertise that will meet the requirements of the business. Must be proactive and capable of thinking outside the box. Should have a positive attitude and be able to work well in a multi‑cultural organization.
Benefits- Salary:
Between AED5k and AED8k - Full‑time role
