Senior IT Administrator Opportunity in Dubai – Full Infrastructure Role
A Dubai-based organization is hiring a Senior IT Administrator to manage and support its complete IT infrastructure. This role is ideal for a highly skilled IT professional capable of independently handling networks, servers, security systems, and end-user support across multiple locations.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring stable, secure, and efficient IT operations, including network systems, biometric attendance, server administration, and IT security compliance.
Job TitleSenior IT Administrator
Key Responsibilities- Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues
- Ensure secure and stable IT operations across all sites
- Manage biometric attendance machines and software
- Ensure integration with HR and payroll systems
- Troubleshoot device and synchronization issues
- Support access control systems and CCTV when required
- Manage Windows servers, Active Directory, and Office 365
- Install and maintain IT hardware and software
- Provide technical support to users
- Handle backups, recovery, and data protection
- Maintain antivirus and endpoint protection systems
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and licensing
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors for IT support and procurement
- Supervise junior IT staff when needed
- Recommend system upgrades and improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 5–8 years of IT administration / infrastructure experience
- Strong networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, routers)
- Experience with biometric and access control systems
- Hands‑on experience with Windows Server, AD, Office 365, backups
- Knowledge of CCTV and cloud systems is an advantage
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Certifications like CCNA / MCSA / MCSE / CompTIA preferred
