Our client is one of the largest holding companies based in Dubai. They have a diversified portfolio of family enterprises with innovation and technology at the forefront. As an Emirati conglomerate, they work across a diverse range of sectors, from automotive to construction, providing innovative products and services built with advanced resources and technology.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior IT Executive who will be responsible for leading the implementation and management of all aspects of the company’s technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure that all of the organizations business technology needs are met.

• Lead and oversee IT technical support activities both on-site and remotely
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Oversee the management of all IT-related documentation
• Direct the installation and configuration of advanced IT hardware (e.g., CCTV, networking systems, AV setups, fiber optic, WIFI) ensuring projects meet organizational standards.
• Supervise the configuration, upgrading, and migration of server operating systems, ensuring alignment with best practices and strategic IT objectives.
• Oversee the configuration and troubleshooting of critical applications (e.g., Kaspersky security center, VPN connections, MS Outlook), and providing expert-level support to resolve complex issues.

• Assist the Group Information Technology Manager in managing the domains - ownership, hosting and renewals. Coordinate with suppliers and manage the procurement of IT materials, including negotiating contracts and overseeing the purchasing process.
• Assist the Group Information Technology Manager in managing the email accounts in the hosted domain names, mobile phone numbers and all other communication with the designated ISP.

• Manage complex hardware repairs and replacements for PCs, laptops, and other electronic devices, with strategic planning and oversight for resource allocation.
• Manage the configuration and troubleshooting of network security software (e.g., Fortinet, Sonic Wall, Draytek, Cisco firewall) for various operating systems, ensuring robust network protection.
• Maintain comprehensive records of IT materials, receipts, and invoices, ensuring accurate documentation and secure storage on the shared filing system
• Provide advanced IT technical support to employees, serving as a primary point of contact for high-level IT issues and strategic support

• Atleast 4 years of IT work experience with experience in Networking
• Degree in computer science or IT related field.
• Familiarity with networking administration, security database management, cloud computing or software development.
• Preferably worked in a mall, co-working space, business center in IT Department.
• Brilliant oral and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of client management.
• Having a UAE driving license is required
• Excellent communication in English is mandatory while knowing Arabic would be advantageous.
