• Deploy Operating System Images on laptops.
• Install and configure
  
  Business applications
• Migrate user data andprofile to new system
• Manage the distribution and inventory of computer equipment and accessories.
• Provide advanced IT technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for systemusers.
• Escalate support issuesas necessary to other members of the IT team.
• Provide expertise in arange of business and technical applications.
• Ensure that the appropriate Information Technology Infrastructure Library(ITIL) processes in support of the project are followed
• Advanced Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of business applications including but not limitedto Microsoft Office Application Suite, Adobe, AutoCAD
• Server patching using
  
  SCCM or any other tools
• Print and File server configuration and trouble shooting
• Desktop and Laptop imaging
• Experience in a busy technical supportenvironment
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Systems
• Disciplined trouble shootingskills
• Strong team working
• Ability to follow up problems with customers to completion always
• Excellent spoken and written Englishcommunication skills
• Proactive customer service attitude

• 3+ years of previoustechnical IT work experience with System Administration andIT Support roles.
• Previous experience with supporting technical engineering or geoscience applications preferred.
