Business Systems & Automation Specialist

CBOX Containers is an international container trading and rental company active across Europe, Australia and the Middle East. As our company continues to grow rapidly, we are professionalizing and optimizing the complete software and systems environment across all departments and countries.
We are looking for a highly driven and technically skilled Business Systems & Automation Specialist who can take ownership of our business software ecosystem and help us build scalable, automated and efficient operations.
This is NOT a standard IT support role.

- Create automation workflows using tools such as Make, Zapier or n8n
- Improve efficiency through automation
- Improve sales pipelines and workflows
- Setup commercial reporting and dashboards
- Improve lead and customer management processes
- Support implementation and optimization of systems
- Improve onboarding and HR workflows
- Help centralize operational processes
- Explore AI-driven opportunities
- Implement AI automations and workflow improvements
You are highly organized, technical and capable of understanding both systems and business processes.
You have:
- Experience with business software implementations
- Experience with CRM and operational systems
- Understanding of APIs, workflows and automation
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Independent and proactive mindset
- Experience with Hub Spot
- Experience with Deel, Dialpad or similar platforms
- Experience with ERP systems
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience with AI tools and automation
- Experience in international companies
