Job Description:
Microsoft 365 F&O Technical role in Dubai
We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Consultant to bridge business requirements with technical execution. The role involves gathering and analyzing business needs, customizing Dynamics 365 solutions, managing integrations, and enabling end‑user adoption. The consultant will collaborate with partners, Dev Ops teams, and business stakeholders to deliver optimized, secure, and scalable solutions.
Key job responsibilitiesBusiness Process Optimization & Alignment
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Liaise with partners to ensure alignment and execution of business processes.
Solution Delivery Excellence
- Customize and extend Dynamics 365 using:
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
- Collaborate with Dev Ops teams to manage:
- Application lifecycle
- Backups and disaster recovery
- Security and compliance
End‑User Enablement & Adoption
- Provide L1 support to business users.
- Escalate issues to partners for L2/L3 support.
- Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing support.
Technical Enablement & Automation
- Develop and manage reports using Power BI and built-in D365 reporting tools.
- Support PL/SQL development and troubleshooting.
- Automate processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 customization and extension.
- Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Knowledge of Dev Ops practices for application lifecycle management.
- Experience with Power BI reporting and PL/SQL development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to liaise with third parties for system integration and support.
