Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (IT / Computer / Electronics) | Other Requirements:
Presentable, strong communication skills, ability to represent the company at IT events.

• Provide day-to-day desktop support for hardware, software, and network issues across the company.
• Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot the company’s network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, switches, routers, firewalls).
• Implement and maintain IT security policies, ensuring data protection and system integrity.
• Install, configure, and resolve issues related to computers, servers, printers, and software applications.
• Administer Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive) and support end-users.
• Ensure compliance with company IT standards, documentation, and procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and IT partners when required.
• Represent the company at IT exhibitions, vendor meetings, and industry events.
• Maintain detailed documentation of IT assets, configurations, licenses, and updates.

• 10+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or IT supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Engineering, IT, Electronics, or related field).
• Strong technical skills in networking, system, security, and troubleshooting.
• Experience administering Office 365 environment.
• Presentable, professional, and confident in communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Based in UAE (Dubai preferred).
• Must have UAE driver’s license.
