Senior Consultant / Manager / Senior Manager
Location - UAE / GCC
OverviewA leading consulting firm is expanding its Financial Services Strategy practice and is looking to hire Senior Consultants, Managers, and Senior Managers with experience across corporate strategy, technology strategy, and transformation within the financial services sector.
The team is focused on building a strong techno-functional consulting capability, supporting banking and financial services clients across the GCC on strategic, digital, and technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver corporate strategy, operating model, and transformation engagements for financial services clients
- Support technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives across banking, fintech, and broader FS institutions
- Conduct strategic assessments, market analysis, and business case development
- Develop transformation roadmaps aligned to client business and technology objectives
- Work closely with senior client stakeholders to provide strategic recommendations and implementation support
- Lead project work streams and manage day-to-day engagement delivery
- Support business development activities including proposals, presentations, and client pitches
- Collaborate with cross-functional consulting and technology teams on regional projects
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team capability building
- 2– 4 years of experience within strategy consulting or financial services consulting
- Exposure to corporate strategy, digital strategy, or technology transformation projects
- Understanding of banking, insurance, fintech, or broader FS ecosystems
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- GCC / Middle East consulting experience preferred
- 5 years of consulting experience with a focus on financial services strategy and transformation
- Experience leading work streams and managing client relationships independently
- Strong understanding of technology-enabled transformation within FS organisations
- Proven experience supporting business development and proposal creation
- Regional project delivery experience within the GCC preferred
- 6-8+ years of experience within consulting, with strong exposure to FS strategy and technology transformation
- Proven ability to lead large-scale strategic transformation engagements
- Strong client leadership and stakeholder management capabilities at executive level
- Experience driving business development and growing client accounts
- Demonstrated experience building and mentoring consulting teams
- Strong regional market understanding across the GCC financial services landscape
- Experience with in strategy consulting firms or Big 4 consulting environments
- Exposure to techno-functional transformation programs combining business and technology strategy
- Strong communication and client-facing capabilities
- Ability to work across multiple regional engagements in a fast-paced consulting environment
