Director Marketing Analytics

Salary: AED 35,000 – 37,000 per month
We are currently representing a leading consumer-focused business in the GCC that is looking to appoint a Growth Analytics & Customer Intelligence Manager.
This is a strategic leadership role focused on turning customer and business data into actionable commercial growth strategies across loyalty, CRM, digital and customer engagement ecosystems.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving customer intelligence, predictive analytics, AI‑led personalisation and growth strategy across the organisation while partnering closely with commercial, product, Martech, loyalty and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead customer intelligence and growth analytics initiatives across the business
- Develop predictive analytics frameworks focused on retention, engagement, customer lifetime value and monetisation
- Drive AI‑powered personalisation and customer targeting strategies
- Build scalable analytics and self‑serve reporting ecosystems
- Lead experimentation and A/B testing frameworks across digital and customer journeys
Partner with senior leadership teams to identify growth opportunities through data‑driven insights - Manage and mentor a growing analytics and customer intelligence team
- 10+ years’ experience within customer analytics, growth analytics, business intelligence or advanced analytics
- Strong background within retail, ecommerce, loyalty, digital or customer‑centric environments
- Experience working with predictive analytics, customer segmentation, forecasting and experimentation frameworks
- Exposure to AI‑driven personalisation and machine learning applications
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Hands‑on experience with SQL and strong understanding of analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker
- Python or R experience is highly advantageous
