IT Business Analyst

We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience to join our team on a contractual basis (6 months, extendable). This role will play a critical part in bridging business stakeholders and IT teams
, ensuring seamless delivery of projects within scope and timelines.

You will support automotive dealership and mobility use cases
, including vehicle sales, aftersales service, rentals, customer lifecycle management, and digital platforms.

• Lead requirement gathering sessions through workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Collaborate with sales, rental, aftersales, and marketing teams
• Document BRDs, functional specs, user stories, process flows, and use cases
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
• Ensure timely stakeholder sign-offs
• Define business processes and KPIs (sales funnel, fleet utilization, customer lifecycle, etc.)
• Act as a liaison between business, IT, and external partners
• Support Agile ceremonies, UAT, and requirement traceability
• Identify risks/blockers and ensure timely project delivery
• Drive change management and user adoption

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in IT/software projects
• Strong experience in end-to-end requirements lifecycle
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Visio, draw.io

• Experience in automotive dealership, car rental, or mobility domain
• Exposure to DMS, CRM, booking or fleet management systems
• Understanding of KPIs like sales conversion, fleet utilization, and inventory
• Certifications (CBAP, CCBA, Agile) are a plus
