Job DescriptionMust-Have
Skills:
Strong experience in Business Process Management (BPM)
Hands-on experience with:
- As-Is / To-Be process documentation
- BPMN 2.0
- SOP preparation
BPM Tools:
- SAP Signavio / ARIS / Bizagi / Visio (any one mandatory)
Procurement Process Exposure:
- Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle
- PR / PO processing
- Tendering & sourcing workflows
Ability to clearly explain Process Maturity Model (L0–L6/L7) step-by-step
Requirements- Collect process information from Procurement business users
- Document workflows accurately
- Maintain BPM repository
- Support walkthroughs & validations
- Share documented outputs
No team management - No architecture / strategy role
- Experience working in structured transformation or ERP programs
- Exposure to SAP procurement modules is an advantage
- Strong documentation and communication skills
