We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to ensure smooth day‑to‑day IT operations. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in VPN management, Microsoft 365 administration, and general IT troubleshooting.

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network‑related issues.
• Manage and troubleshoot VPN connections and remote access.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive).
• Maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Handle user account setup, permissions, and access management.
• Monitor IT infrastructure, backups, and security protocols.
• Document technical issues and solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT support roles.
• Strong knowledge of VPN setup and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with Windows and/or Mac OS environments.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls).
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Full‑time, Immediate joiners preferred.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
