Power BI Expert

We’re looking for a Power BI Expert to design, develop and optimize project dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights. You’ll work closely with project managers, PMO leads and executives to ensure decision‑makers have real‑time visibility into performance, budgets and milestones. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical depth with a strong understanding of project delivery.

• Design and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards tailored to project KPIs, timelines, budgets and resource utilization.
• Build robust data models and implement advanced DAX formulas to ensure accuracy and scalability.
• Integrate and harmonize data from multiple sources (e.g., MS Project, Excel, ERP systems, Primavera P6).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into actionable visualizations.
• Conduct walkthroughs and training sessions to drive adoption and effective use of dashboards.
• Monitor dashboard performance and continuously enhance usability and efficiency.
• Stay current with Power BI capabilities and best practices, applying new features to improve solutions.

• 3+ years of experience in Power BI development focused on project reporting or dashboarding.
• Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query and data modeling.
• Familiarity with project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK).
• Experience integrating data from tools like MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet or Primavera P6.
• Ability to integrate Power BI dashboards in environments like MS Teams and Sharepoint.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, executive‑level insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Certification in Power BI or Microsoft Data Analyst Associate preferred.
