• Oversee day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy in documentation and dispatch planning.
• Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and cycle counts with minimal discrepancies.
• Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance service quality.
• Track KPIs and prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management.
• Handle vendor coordination, transport scheduling, and 3PL management when required.
• Lead, train, and support ground staff to maintain productivity and adherence to SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory guidelines.
• Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain service continuity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–7 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, dispatch planning, and warehouse processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/WMS systems, and operations reporting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of local transport regulations and logistics compliance norms is an added advantage.
• Experience handling Middle East logistics responsibilities is preferred.
