Work closely with business and delivery units to identify opportunities for improvement.
Actively engage with cross functional teams to drive “excellence” strategy of TASC
Research and identifying market best practices of drive process re-engineering and efficiency
Implement the agreed quality measures based on TASC excellence framework
Initiate and organize best practice activities and sessions to foster quality orientation
Conduct internal training on quality and excellence concepts
Lead TASCs excellence award journey as per defined strategy
Lead external stakeholder satisfaction surveys and drive action plans
Establish client contact to independently identify reasons for lo NPS
Work closely with internal auditor to review the non-compliance and implement quality processes
Bachelor’s in any field, Master’s degree preferred.
Quality Certifications (e.g. Lean Six Sigma), Quality & Excellence (e.g., ISO, EFQM)
Skills and Competencies:
BA or BS or equivalent and 5+ years of experience. MSc of Quality or MBA or other advanced degree desirable.
Six Sigma green belt or equivalent
Hand on experience of LESN SIX Sigma project
Understanding of NPS calculation
Working Knowledge of ISO Family Standards; ISO 9001, ISO 14001/2 & OSHAS.
Understanding of EQQM or RADAR concepts
Advanced Presentation Skills
Knowledge of Workshops Facilitation
Reporting and Analytical Skills.
Ability to rapidly assimilate new concepts
Computer proficiency and knowledge in various software’s, Microsoft projects is a must (i.e. Ms Excel, MS PowerPoint )etc.
5 years in similar role, with proven track record.
