Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate production activities across shifts to meet daily and weekly production targets
- Monitor manufacturing processes for efficiency, safety and quality compliance
- Ensure adherence to GMP Good Manufacturing Practices
, HACCP and ISO standards - Train, guide and evaluate production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork
- Schedule and allocate labor, materials and equipment resources effectively
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure machines (e.g. blow molding, filling, labeling, capping lines) are operating properly
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality control teams to resolve issues quickly and minimize downtime
- Track production data, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare shift reports
- Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, etc)
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental and health regulations
- Participate in planning and forecasting production requirements with management
