As the DTC Growth Lead, you will own and scale the direct to consumer engine end to end. This strategic yet hands on position sits at the intersection of brand, performance, conversion rate optimization, and retention. You will be responsible for building a sustainable growth engine that reflects the values of the business while delivering strong commercial results.

  • Own revenue growth across acquisition, conversion, retention, and subscriptions
  • Lead the expansion as the brand scales across the GCC and beyond
  • Translate brand and educational content into high performing commercial journeys
  • Lead paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, and Tik Tok while managing agency partners
  • Build a testing roadmap to improve conversion and trust without losing brand integrity
  • Shape email and mobile journeys to improve repeat purchase and customer lifetime value
  • Partner with brand and creative teams to align growth strategy with new product launches
Discover the requirements
  • Between six and eight plus years of experience in growth or performance marketing
  • Proven success scaling a brand within the wellness or lifestyle sectors
  • Deep understanding of paid media and lifecycle marketing
  • Ability to own the numbers while shaping creative direction
  • A mindset that values long term brand building over short term hacks
