Who This Role Is ForThis role is for an agent who:
- Already understands Dubai real estate
- Wants to build something meaningful, not just chase splits
- And wants to be trusted, supported, and taken seriously
- Handle your own portfolio of clients and leads across residential & off-plan
- Conduct viewings, consultations, negotiations, and closings
- Advise clients from first inquiry to final transfer
- Build long-term relationships with clients, developers, and investors
- Use CRM properly (we care about follow-up, not chaos)
- Stay on top of market trends, pricing, and RERA updates
- Work closely with management — your voice matters here
- 2+ years of Dubai real estate experience
- A proven closer (sales or leasing)
- Strong communicator with real client empathy
- Self-driven, disciplined, and accountable
- Solid knowledge of Dubai communities & off-plan projects
- Fluent English (other languages are a strong plus)
- UAE driving license preferred
- MUST have RERA card
- Access to qualified leads & strong developer relationships
- Space to shine, build a name, and grow long-term
