We are seeking dynamic, motivated, and experienced Real Estate Agents/Property Consultants to join our award-winning team. If you are passionate about real estate and committed to achieving success, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and sell both ready properties to local and international clients
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio of clients and investors
- Develop and execute business development and client retention strategies
- Provide expert advice on market trends, investment opportunities, and legal processes
- Stay informed about the latest developments in the Dubai real estate market
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Minimum 1 year of proven real estate sales experience in the UAE (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Valid UAE driver's license is preferred
