Skills- Proven ability to
source, manage, and close property deals independently - Strong
client acquisition and relationship management
skills - In-depth knowledge of the
Dubai real estate market
, developers, and processes - Confident
negotiation and closing
ability with high-value transactions - Excellent
communication and presentation
skills (English required; Arabic or other languages a plus) - Ability to
manage the full sales cycle
from lead generation to transfer - Strong understanding of
RERA regulations, compliance, and documentation - Highly
self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
with minimal supervision - Effective
time management and pipeline management
skills - Professional network of buyers, investors, or property owners preferred
- Comfortable working in a
commission-based, performance-driven environment - Strong ethical standards and client-first mindset
