Role Summary

We are seeking a driven and professional Real Estate Agent with a minimum of 1 year of active experience in the local market. You will manage the full sales and leasing cycle, from lead generation to final closing, providing expert guidance to buyers, sellers, and investors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Management: Generate and qualify leads through personal networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to advise clients on accurate property valuations and pricing strategies.
  • Negotiation: Mediate and lead negotiations between parties to secure favorable terms and ensure successful deal closures.
  • Transaction Oversight: Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and legal teams to manage all paperwork and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain a robust CRM database and build long‑term relationships with developers and investors.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 1+ years of proven success in real estate sales or leasing.

  • CRM Proficiency: Master of systems like Salesforce or Hub Spot to track leads and automate client follow‑ups.
  • Local Regulatory Knowledge: Full understanding of local property laws, zoning, and ethical standards (e.g., RERA in Dubai or Fair Housing in the US).
Interpersonal Skills (Soft Skills)
  • Advanced Negotiation: Strategic mediation to secure the best terms for clients while maintaining positive professional relationships.
  • Active Listening: The ability to understand a client’s underlying motivations, not just their stated requirements.
  • Problem‑Solving & Adaptability: Quick, creative thinking to resolve unexpected issues like low appraisals or inspection snags.
  • Time Management: Organizing a busy schedule of property viewings, client meetings, and administrative work without missing opportunities.
  • Emotional Intelligence: High empathy to manage the stress and emotions often associated with major property transactions.
