Job Description:
We’re looking for a detail-driven Onsite Merchandiser to join our marketplace Storefront team. This role sits at the core of our e-commerce experience and is ideal for someone who is obsessed with QC, thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment, and takes pride in flawless execution. You’ll work cross-functionally to deliver seamless launches, campaigns, and daily merchandising that directly impact sales, conversion, and brand perception.
- Own day-to-day onsite merchandising across website and app using the CMS
- Curate category pages, PLPs, brand pages, and in-app placements aligned with drops, campaigns, and trading priorities
- Support high-frequency fast-fashion launches with speed, accuracy, and zero compromise on quality
- Perform rigorous QC across the site: broken links, missing images, pricing/promotions, badges, filters, and product data
- Execute pre- and post-go-live QC for campaigns, homepage takeovers, flash sales & more & act as the final gatekeeper for onsite accuracy before anything goes live
- Partner with Buying, Marketing, Creative, Pricing, Tech, Product, and B2B teams to ensure on-time, error-free execution
- Track and analyze key metrics (CTR, conversion, engagement, sell-through) to identify optimization opportunities
- Support A/B testing, SEO best practices, and continuous CX improvements
- Stay on top of fast-fashion and e-commerce best practices across the GCC and globally
Qualification &
Experience:
- 2+ years of onsite merchandising experience, preferably in fast fashion or high-volume e-commerce
- Strong understanding of e-commerce fundamentals, customer journeys, and conversion levers
- Exceptional attention to detail with a QC-first mindset
- Analytical and data-driven; comfortable with basic Excel and performance reports
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Strong cross-functional collaborator who thrives in execution-heavy setups
- Comfortable working in an agile, high-pressure, execution-heavy setup where speed and accuracy are equally critical.
