Dubai Country Manager / Head of Middle East Expansion (50-100%)

INA KESS is a Swiss luxury womenswear brand known for merging elegance with technical performance fabrics. As we expand our footprint in Dubai, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our brand’s growth in the Middle East.

Role Overview:
As our Dubai Country Manager, you will be the cornerstone of INA KESS's presence in the UAE. Your mission will be to establish and nurture relationships with key retail partners, identify opportunities for both shop-in-shops and potential standalone stores, and oversee all local marketing and customer experience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retail Partnerships:
  Negotiate and secure placements in high-end department stores and luxury boutiques across Dubai. Scout and recommend locations for INA KESS standalone stores if applicable.
• Local Marketing:
  Lead Dubai-specific marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, influencer collaborations, and exclusive local events to build brand awareness.
• Customer
  
  Experience:
  
  Ensure a luxury, personalized customer experience that aligns with INA KESS’s global standards.
• Market Insight:
  Provide insights into local consumer trends and adapt strategies to fit the Dubai market.

Your profile:

• Excellent up-to-date connections to decision makers in Dubai, strong network within the Dubai retail and fashion industry.
• Already living in Dubai (since at least 3 years).
• Willing to stay in Dubai for the next years.
• Proven experience in luxury retail or fashion brand management, preferably in the UAE or the Middle East.
• Hands-on experience with both offline and online marketing strategies.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results in a new market.
