Key Responsibilities
- Create eye‑catching displays to showcase products.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are restocked in a timely manner.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotional strategies.
- Train store staff on product features and benefits.
- Negotiate shelf space with store managers to maximize visibility of the brand.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory levels and promotions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of displays and make necessary adjustments.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in merchandising or retail sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Familiarity with market trends, consumer behavior and product placement techniques.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow visual plans for product placement.
Salary: 1,500 per month.
Location:
Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Preference will be given to Canadian nationals or those legally authorized to work in Canada. This is a full‑time position Monday‑Friday from 9am to 5pm. No prior experience is required, but candidates must have a valid work visa for the UAE. Accommodation is not included.
