Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Respond to inquiries and provide product information. Support in delivering a positive shopping experience.
- Sales Support: Assist customers with product selection and purchases. Support the sales team in achieving store targets. Promote products and ongoing offers.
- Store Operations: Assist in arranging and replenishing merchandise on shelves. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Support inventory checks and stock management activities.
- Cashiering & Billing Support: Assist in billing and payment processes. Handle basic POS cash counter activities under supervision.
- Learning & Development: Participate in retail training and development programs. Learn store policies, product knowledge, and customer handling techniques.
- Education:
High School / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree (any field). - Experience:
Freshers or 0–1 year of experience. Retail/customer service internship is a plus.
