- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or training roles, ensuring a deep understanding of retail operations and challenges.
- Certifications in training and development, such as CPLP or ATD, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth and expertise.
- Proven experience in delivering training to diverse groups, showcasing adaptability and a keen sense of audience engagement.
