Florist Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Florist Manager to join the team. Your role will be to manage and lead the team with an operational, financial and people view. The ideal candidate will have a passion for everything floral along with excellent customer service skills, a positive & professional attitude with experience of running a team of florists not only for the retail store but also weddings, VIP events and contract hotel work.

• Designing and creating floral arrangements for various occasions, weddings, events, hotel contracts and retail.
• Understanding the client’s needs, assisting them with floral selections and recommendations.
• Managing stock, ordering supplies, handling deliveries, and maintaining freshness and quality of flowers and plants while reducing wastage.
• Providing leadership, support and guidance to the team.
• Organizing staff shifts, holidays, and all administrative tasks.
• Ensuring the shop and staff continually represent the brand through high personal standards and customer interaction.
• All areas of marketing: enhancing in‑store and online customer experience, strengthening customer retention, maintaining client confidentiality along with protocols at all times, increasing sales and revenue streams, improving brand positioning and visibility, and engaging with hotels and event companies.
• You will be expected not only to manage and build the business but also to be hands‑on to create beautiful floral arrangements for a variety of occasions with your team of florists.
• Excellent people skills with a willingness to work in a different country.

• At least three years of experience managing a florist or floral design business.
• Qualification in Floristry.
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak seasons.
• Business and retail experience.
• Experience with event, wedding and hotel floral design.
